Being a Manager in the NHS is a challenging yet rewarding role. Often, the work of Managers are all done behind the scenes, not recognised or unknown. Managers are the glue that bind services and teams together, that make sure things are safe and make sure things are running properly.
It is extremely challenging environments with lots of pressure, stress, demand and requirements. Managers are there to help staff who directly service the public and serve the public themselves.
